• Gieminox, the New Jewel in Allied Group's Crown

Tectubi Raccordi has acquired a majority share in Gieminox S.R.L., consolidated manufacturer of longitudinal welded pipes, fittings and auxiliary components in stainless steel, nickel and nickel alloys, duplex and superduplex. The company, which is based in Schio and has about fifty employees, has been well-known and appreciated on the international markets since 1980 for its high quality standards and the cutting edge technology which it uses in the manufacture and welding of its products. Over the years, these requisites have earned it a portfolio of over seven hundred clients in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, offshore industries, power generation, nuclear power plants, food and pharmaceutical industry, shipbuilding, refinery, pulp & paper.

Gieminox - Tectubi Raccordi Welded Pipes Division, as the new joint venture will be called, is another strategic step forward in the process of expansion and reinforcement of one of Allied's main manufacturing sectors, and will allow the Group to face the market with an even wider range of high-quality products. This is a further confirmation of the solidity and seriousness that distinguish it, combined with a marked tendency to look to the future with optimism.
